What happens after I submit my application?
Once you’ve submitted your application, our hiring team will review your information and reach out to you to discuss next steps. This may include questions about your background, the age group you prefer, your schedule availability, and which roles are currently open at the center you selected.
What types of positions does Learning Zone hire for?
Learning Zone hires for a variety of roles, including classroom teachers and caregiving positions across different age groups. We welcome applicants with all levels of education and experience, and we focus on hiring people who are passionate about early learning and child development.
Do I need childcare experience to apply?
Not necessarily. Learning Zone hires team members with different levels of experience, including those who are newer to early childhood education. If you have a passion for working with children and a willingness to learn, we provide the training and support you need to succeed in the classroom.
Do I need a college degree to work at Learning Zone?
No. We have positions available for all levels of education and experience. A high school diploma is required, but a college degree is only a must for Lead or management roles. We also offer professional development opportunities for you to reach your educational goals.
Do you offer opportunities for growth and advancement?
Yes. Learning Zone offers opportunities to build a long-term career, including professional development and advancement pathways such as a Management-in-Training program for team members who want to grow into leadership.
